A quizzer's time begins immediately after the quizmaster calls upon them.
Quizzers must say something within 5 seconds of being called upon.
Quizzers have 20 seconds to answer interrogative questions.
Quizzers have 30 seconds to answer quote questions.
Special Rules for Quotes:
For quote questions, if the quizmaster did not finish the question, the quizzer must say "Quote?" in
their first 20 seconds to receive the full 30 seconds.
When Time Expires:
If time expires during a question, but after the quizmaster has finished the reference, the first
quizzer to jump must answer the question, and is allowed their full time.
If time expires during a question, and before the quizmaster has finished reading the reference, the
question is thrown out and the quiz is ended.
